About Us

Celebrations by Cindy offers event planning for weddings, anniversaries, baby showers, birthday parties, family reunions & other milestones celebrated in both the bay area and central valley locations.

The Plan: Our objective is to flawlessly organize your momentous occasion from start to finish, minimizing your stress so that you can enjoy yourself with your guests.

The Planner: Cindy Andrade, Special Event Director, has been in Event Planning for over four years, coordinating over 50 meetings annually and nationwide in the healthcare industry.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of California, Santa Barbara where she double-majored in Communication and Sociology.  She is also fluent in Portuguese. "My fondest memories are from the weddings, graduations, and birthday parties where my family and friends gathered for a celebration.  These celebrations are where we took the most photographs and spent time bonding with loved ones.  Pursuing an education, focusing on one's career are both roads to success, however, it is equally important to  take a day away from a hectic schedule to celebrate and honor  a loved one's accomplishment or milestone.  Most of my relatives are scattered all throughout California, while others reside in other states or even another country, but when it comes time for a wedding or other occasion, we all gather and enjoy ourselves while dressing up, eating some delicious food, and dancing the night away.  In one way or another, at every event I have ever attended, I always managed to join in on the coordination that took place behind-the-scenes.  At every event where my organizational skills were put to good use, I truly enjoy knowing that I helped put a smile on those faces when looking through photos."

Cindy was wonderful and a huge help during the rehearsal and day of the event. She was incredibly thorough and very detail oriented.
